1. Client / Service Seeker Terms

  • 1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By using the platform, users agree to be bound by these Terms. Disagreement means discontinuation of use.
  • 1.2 Personal Information Consent: Clients consent to data use to facilitate requests. Connecttika is not liable for third-party misuse.
  • 1.3 Platform Liability Limitations: Connecttika does not guarantee quality or outcomes of services provided by third parties.
  • 1.4 Communication: Requests are sent broadly; response is not guaranteed. No liability is assumed for non-responses.
  • 1.5 User Conduct: Illegal or disruptive behavior may result in account termination.
  • 1.6 Service Closure: Once closed, providers must not contact clients further unless requested.

2. Service Provider / Business Listings Terms

  • 2.1 Acceptance of Terms: Listing implies full acceptance of these Terms.
  • 2.2 Confidentiality Obligation: Shared data must be used strictly for service fulfillment.
  • 2.3 Accuracy of Listings: Providers are responsible for updating their own information.
  • 2.4 Independent Payment Responsibility: Connecttika is not involved in transactions or disputes.
  • 2.5 Service Completion Protocol: No contact after request closure unless re-engaged by the client.
  • 2.6 Professional Conduct: Providers must operate ethically; violations may lead to suspension.
  • 2.7 Indemnification Clause: Providers indemnify Connecttika against legal disputes or damages.
  • 2.8 Modification Rights: Connecttika may update terms and notify providers accordingly.

3. General Provisions

  • 3.1 Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
  • 3.2 Severability: If a clause is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
  • 3.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms override previous understandings or agreements.

Section 2: Privacy Policy

Connecttika Service Solutions CC ("Connecttika") respects your privacy and complies with international standards and the Namibian Data Protection Bill (when enacted).

  • Personal Information: Name, contact details, ID (if provided)
  • Service Preferences
