Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright Notice

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Connecttika platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations—are the exclusive property of Connecttika Service Solutions CC or its licensors. These elements are protected under international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Copyright Protection of Unique Concept

Connecttika’s service-linking model is a proprietary, first-of-its-kind approach within the service delivery sector. This unique methodology is protected by copyright law and constitutes intellectual property belonging solely to Connecttika. Any reproduction, imitation, or unauthorized use of this concept is strictly prohibited.

3. Use of Content

No part of the Connecttika platform may be copied, distributed, modified, republished, or reused without express written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, articles, posts, user guides, branding materials, layout design, and platform flow.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (reviews, listings, testimonials, etc.) to Connecttika, users grant the platform a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content across all mediums. Users retain ownership but acknowledge that Connecttika may utilize submitted content for promotional and operational purposes.

5. Software and Code Protections

All platform code, including backend scripts, API integrations, and database structures, is proprietary and confidential. It is protected under applicable copyright and trade secret laws. Any attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or replicate the platform’s logic or flow is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Uses

Users and third parties may not use the Connecttika brand, likeness, or copyrighted material in a way that could mislead, defame, compete with, or exploit the platform or its users.

7. Enforcement of Rights

Connecttika reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals or entities that violate its intellectual property or copyright rights, including injunctive relief and claims for damages.

8. Reporting Infringements

If you believe that your intellectual property has been violated or misrepresented on the Connecttika platform, please contact us immediately at admin@connecttika.com. We will investigate all claims promptly and take appropriate action.
